Exclusively Employment Law

An Experienced Employment Law Attorney

I obtained my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Stanford University and my law degree from Columbia Law School. My work experience includes working as a litigation attorney at large international law firms in New York City and Silicon Valley and as an in-house attorney handling employment law matters.

I started Finley Employment Law so that I could focus exclusively on what I enjoy doing most: representing employees in employment law disputes. I have represented clients in all types of employment law disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave of absence violations, and wage and hour violations. My most satisfying moments are when I obtain favorable results for my clients efficiently. I also have extensive experience negotiating contracts (including severance agreements) and representing employees during workplace investigations.

Clients enjoy working with me because I am responsive, diligent, and detail-oriented. I look forward to the possibility of working with you.
