Juul Labs Sued for Sexual Harassment and Retaliation

A former employee of Juul Labs -- an electronic cigarette company headquartered in San Francisco -- has filed a lawsuit alleging that Juul Labs retaliated against her after she reported sexual harassment. Specifically, the former employee Carrie Chuang alleges that three Juul Labs employees sexually harassed her by making sexually suggestive comments, touching her buttocks and breasts, and kissing her face and ears.
In December 2018, Chuang was terminated "over false accusations that she stole company data." Read the full Forbes article here.
