According to Bloomberg Law, "[t]he Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs alleges that Oracle owes women, Asian, and black employees $400 million after paying them less than their male, white counterparts, and placing them in lower-paying jobs, at the company’s headquarters."
