Andrea Ivan, a former administrative assistant with the law firm DLA Piper LLP (“DLA Piper”), has filed a charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ivan, who is 65 years old, worked at the Palo Alto office of DLA Piper. Among other things, Ivan alleges that she “was unlawfully targeted by Louis Lehot (‘Lehot’), a senior partner that worked from the Palo Alto office, who decided that I was too old or not attractive enough for his tastes or both, and wanted me gone.” Read the details of Ivan’s charge here.
