Disneyland Workers Allege Disney Failed to Pay a Living Wage

According to The Sacramento Bee, five Disneyland workers have filed a class action lawsuit against The Walt Disney Company, alleging that the company failed to pay workers a living wage and to comply with Anaheim’s Living Wage Ordinance (known as “Measure L”). Passed in November 2018, Measure L requires all hospitality businesses that benefit from city subsidies to pay workers at least $15 per hour.
